Prosthetic pieces
can be made for almost every part of the body and usually
always starts with a life cast being taken of the artist
involved. Sometimes the pieces made are simple and consist
of only the prosthetic foam. |
 |
Other times
there is an underlying mechanism such as when blood
has to
be seen flowing or a bullet hit has to be concealed
beneath the ‘skin’. For example Morag has made several ‘medical
procedures’ for BBC TV’s ‘Casualty’. |
